   Muyiwa is burdened with how to carry out his agenda but Calabar is cold. There is a strange boy lurking around the house and worse, Grandma’s lawyer called and said Grandma wants the boy present when they read her will. Muyiwa realizes he picked the wrong documents.

   Grandma left instructions for them to stay indoors for 30 days together in Lagos and after then can her final will be read. Muyiwa and Nike are puzzled on who Joe is and why Grandma wanted him present for her will reading and they asked their parents and got a big shock.

Chude takes Muyiwa to meet Mr Morounfade who intends to invest in Grandma’s Oloibiri land. Nike tries to know more about her brother Joe. Muyiwa refuses to accept Joe as his brother

   Faced with the guilt of her actions 27 years ago, Abena decides to have a face to face with her son Joe. But Joe is angry at her for abandoning him. We meet Adesuwa, Muyiwa’s clingy girlfriend. Muyiwa gets an alert of 100million naira from the investor.

   Fisherman Soup

   Hannah, Joe’s childhood friend and lover is diagnosed with kidney failure and needs surgery or she will die. Chude puts pressure on Muyiwa to get the Oloibiri land documents from the lawyer so they can proceed with the deal with the C.E.O. He attempts to bribe the Lawyer. Abena tries to get the family together by cooking the home favorite food.

   The Geologist

   A peep into the past as Young Joe refuses to go to the University unless he sees his mother. Grandma tried to reach Abena but her efforts were futile because Abena refused to meet her son. Young Joe after learning about his best friend Hannah’s family and how her step mother treats her decided to help her by telling Grandma to sponsor them both through school.

   Hannah’s condition gets worse and she needed the transplant urgently. Joe is unable to be physically there in Calabar because of Grandma’s will instruction so he sends Hannah to get Grandma’s house documents and use for a loan to pay for her medical bills only to see the documents with Adesuwa here in Lagos. Abena goes to her friend to seek comfort as her home tears further apart

    A fight ensues between Joe and Muyiwa and Muyiwa confessed he took Grandma’s house documents from Calabar and that he had plans to sell the Oloibiri land to an investor who has already paid an upfront of 100million naira. Abena collects the house document from them. Muyiwa suspects his girlfriend of cheating.

    Mr Morounfade the investor gives Muyiwa another chance and this is to get the signature of all the family members as proof of consent on an authorization letter. He manages to convince his father to support him. Joe’s joy turned to sadness.

    Joe shuts everyone out after the death of Hannah. His mother and Nike tries to talk to him but he turns everyone away. Akindele and Muyiwa do not care about the situation because they hate Joe. Akindele convinces Abena to go out with him for a couple fun day. Another tragic event hits the house.

    Abena is uncontrollable as they cannot find Joe. Akindele happy about the disappearance of Joe tries again to make everyone sign the authorization letter. Abena and Nike refuses but Akindele being her father was able to force Nike to sign.

    Abena suspects Akindele had something to do with the disappearance of Joe and brought a detective to the house. Another argument ensued between Abena and Akindele as Abena reveals another secret that Akindele never knew she knew. Nike is reaching her breaking point

    Muyiwa confronts Chude on betraying him by sneaking around with his girlfriend Adesuwa. Akindele seeks comfort in his friend Sumbo. Joe threatens to expose Akindele if he does not stop supporting Muyiwa in selling the land before Grandma’s final will is read.

    Abena tries to talk to her husband to resolve the issues at home but the latter went defensive. Nike takes a break from work as she cannot concentrate at work anymore. Muyiwa got tired of asking for permission and went ahead to do a soil test on the land. Abena tells Nike a long secret regarding females in the family. Nike discovers a shocking news.

    The family receives a letter from the Government on seizure of the land because of the mineral resources in the land. Muyiwa points finger at Joe for being the snake. Adesuwa decides to find out the originality of the letter. Nike keeps trying to reach Chude. Muyiwa catches Joe and Adesuwa in a compromising position. A fight breaks out between the two boys and Abena saw a sign.
